Welcome to B.O.S.S.! I am thrilled to be Co-Founder and Marketing Director of this outsourcing company. With a passion for marketing and a strong background in diverse industries, I bring a wealth of experience to the table.

After graduating from Texas A&M University with a degree in marketing in 2008, I embarked on an exciting journey that has shaped my professional career. Along the way, I met and married my husband, Brent, who serves as a Battalion Chief with the Willowfork Fire Department. Together, we made his hometown of Columbus, Texas, our home in 2011.

I have had the privilege of working for AT&T, a Fortune 50 company. It was here, I successfully completed their Retail Sales Development Program at the headquarters in Atlanta, GA. Over the next seven years, I held various roles such as Store Manager, Sales Operation Lead, and Corporate Trainer, honing my skills in sales, operations, and leadership.

Additionally, I served as the Executive Director at the Columbus Chamber of Commerce, where I worked closely with local businesses, fostering growth and development within the community. This role allowed me to gain valuable insights into the challenges faced by businesses and the importance of streamlined administrative processes. It was here the idea of B.O.S.S. was conceived as I worked with many local business and found I would be able to help them in a larger capacity. 

Most recently, I ventured into the construction industry, serving as a Project Manager. This role strengthened my project management and organizational skills, further enhancing my ability to deliver exceptional results for our clients at B.O.S.S.

With extensive experience in diverse roles, and a deep understanding of the needs of businesses, I am committed to leading B.O.S.S. towards excellence in providing top-notch administrative outsourcing services. Our goal is to empower businesses by streamlining their administrative tasks, maximizing efficiency, and enabling them to focus on their core competencies.

Welcome to B.O.S.S.! As a co-founder and Finance Director, I am thrilled to be a part of this outstanding outsourcing company. With a strong background in finance and a diverse range of professional experiences, I bring a wealth of expertise and a commitment to delivering exceptional financial solutions.

I graduated from Texas A&M University in December of 2006, completing my finance degree in just 3 1/2 years. Following graduation, I embarked on an exciting journey with Texas Instruments in Dallas. During my tenure, I held various roles, including Financial and Cost Analyst, Manufacturing Test Floor Accountant, and Financial Planner. These positions provided me with a solid foundation in financial analysis, accounting, and planning.

In August of 2008, I married my husband, Justin, whom I met during my freshman year at Texas A&M University. This significant milestone prompted a move to the Houston area, where I continued my professional journey as a Senior Financial Analyst at Triad Resources. However, I soon discovered my passion for working with small businesses and helping them manage their financials effectively. This led me to start offering bookkeeping services as a side hustle.

In 2011, when I became a mother to my first child, I made the life-changing decision to leave my corporate job and become a self-employed bookkeeper. This allowed me to not only contribute to the financial success of small businesses but also be present for my growing family. Over the years, two daughters joined our family, and in 2013, we moved to Columbus, where I continued to expand my bookkeeping business.

In addition to my professional endeavors, I have actively engaged with the Columbus community. Since 2016, I have served as the Treasurer of St. John's Episcopal Church, managing its financial operations and ensuring fiscal responsibility. I have also been an active member and Treasurer of the Columbus Ministerial Alliance, the Wellness Council (serving as Treasurer for one year), and the Lion's Club (Finance Committee). Moreover, I had the privilege of serving as the President of the Columbus Food Pantry from 2019 to 2022, playing a crucial role in addressing food insecurity in our community.

As the Finance Director at B.O.S.S., I am dedicated to providing comprehensive financial solutions that empower businesses to thrive. I bring a deep understanding of financial analysis, accounting principles, and strategic planning to help our clients make informed decisions and achieve their financial goals. My commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and passion for helping businesses succeed drives me to deliver exceptional service.
